All wigs, lace units, and hair extensions sold by Aura K Luxury Hair Extensions are premium, luxury-grade hair unless otherwise stated.
Due to the natural nature of hair, slight variations in color, texture, curl pattern, and length may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

2. You Click It, You Claim It
Once an order is placed, it is considered final and confirmed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have selected the correct product, length, texture, and colour before checkout. Assistance is available prior to purchase, but once an order is submitted, changes cannot be guaranteed.

3. No Take-Backs, No Do-Overs
Due to strict hygiene and health standards, all wigs, lace units, and hair extensions are final sale once purchased.
Because these products are personal-use items and cannot be resold after handling, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Customers are strongly advised to review their order details carefully before completing checkout to ensure accuracy in product selection.

4. Replacement Eligibility
A replacement may only be approved if:
• The product received is incorrect, damaged during transit, or has a verified manufacturing defect
• The claim is submitted within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photo and video evidence is provided before the product is worn, installed, washed, cut, dyed, bleached, or altered in any way
Replacements will not be approved if:
• The product has been used, installed, styled, coloured, cut, chemically processed or custom made on request
• Damage results from improper installation, styling, or maintenance (only applicable if hair was installed by us)
• The incorrect item was ordered by the customer

5. Shipping & Delivery
• Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed due to third-party courier conditions.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Aura K Luxury Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
• Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the courier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

6. Installation & Lace Disclaimer
Lace is delicate and must be handled with care. Damage caused by:
• Pulling, cutting errors, adhesive removal, or improper installation
is not considered a manufacturing defect.
We are not responsible for issues such as shedding, tangling, lace tearing, or damage resulting from installation techniques or products used.

7. Styling & Chemical Processing
• Heat styling is permitted up to 180–200°C (356–392°F) depending on the product.
• Dyeing, toning, and bleaching are performed at the customer’s discretion and risk.
• Aura K Luxury Hair Extensions is not liable for damage caused by chemical over-processing or texture alteration.

• Full payment is required before order processing.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in order cancellation and possible legal action.
